- es Manage and grow relationships with existing SI client
- s. Develop and maintain strong connections with client POCs, hiring managers, and decision-maker
- s. Generate current business opportunities within assigned account
- s. Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements within agreed timeline
- s. Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring needs and strengthen business relationship
- s. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality servic
- e. Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract discussions when require
