Inputs data from time sheets, production records, or individual time cards to a computerized payroll system. Responsible for balancing payroll runs, producing federal, county, and local tax payments, and answering worker questions and troubleshooting issues.
Works under immediate supervision and typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Responsibilities:
- US payroll processing as per the inputs received from the onsite team.
- Perform payroll analyses as per the supervisor&rsquos; instructions.
- Conduct payroll validations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Required Skills:
- Basic Excel
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in US/Canada/UK payroll.
- Robust English communication.
