Job Description – Business Development Executive

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding the dealer/distributor network, increasing sales of MDF products, and maintaining solid customer relationships to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors and channel partners.
- Generate sales from architects, contractors, OEMs and institutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales MIS.
- Ensure timely collection of payments.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.

Eligibility

Education:



Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience: 2–5 years in Sales/Business Development, preferably in Building Materials, Plywood, MDF, Laminates, Paints or FMCG.

Salary

₹4.0 – ₹5.5 LPA (depending on current CTC, experience and interview performance).
