- 7 years of experience in creative video production preferably within lifestyle fashion or e-commerce brands
- Robust project and team management skills
- able to lead a multi-disciplinary content team
- Excellent visual and storytelling sensibility with an understanding of what resonates with modern consumers
- Working knowledge of video production equipment and post-production software Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects etc
- Hands-on approach and willingness to work in fast-paced shoot environments
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple shoots and timelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with external collaborators like freelancers stylists or production vendors is a plus
