What We're Looking For: ✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
✔ Experience in insurance telecalling or BPO
✔ Strong customer handling and objection resolution skills
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
✔ Ability to cross-sell insurance products based on customer needs
