We are looking for an enthusiastic Placement Coordinator Executive who is passionate about student success and building strong industry relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate placement activities for students across various programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, HR teams, and recruitment partners.
- Reach out to potential employers for internships, job opportunities, and campus recruitment drives.
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, and training partners regarding placement schedules.
- Schedule interviews, recruitment drives, and placement-related events.
- Guide students through the placement process, interview preparation, and documentation.
- Maintain placement records, student databases, employer databases, and placement reports.
- Track student employment outcomes and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Work closely with internal academic and operations teams to ensure placement readiness.
- Achieve placement targets and contribute towards improving student employability.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with corporate HR professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Positive attitude with solid problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institutes, Colleges, or Skill Development organizations will be preferred.
- Prior experience in placement coordination, student engagement, admissions, academic operations, or corporate relations is an added advantage.
