About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Content Creator Trainer to train aspiring creators on how to build a successful career through digital content. The trainer will teach participants how to create engaging content for platforms like You Tube, Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and Podcasts, grow an audience, build a personal brand, and monetize their content.

The ideal candidate should be an active content creator or digital media professional with hands-on experience in creating viral content and generating income through social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical training on content creation for social media platforms.
- Train learners in:
- Vlogging and storytelling
- Podcast creation and hosting
- Short-form videos (Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, Facebook Reels)
- You Tube channel setup and growth
- Personal branding and influencer marketing
- Content planning and scripting
- Mobile videography and photography
- Video editing using tools like Cap Cut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Thumbnail and graphic design
- AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
- SEO for You Tube and social media
- Audience engagement and community building
- Monetization strategies including:
- You Tube Partner Program
- Brand collaborations
- Affiliate marketing
- Sponsored content
- Digital products and online courses
- Memberships and subscriptions
- Conduct live demonstrations, workshops, and practical assignments.
- Mentor students in creating a professional content portfolio.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and creator economy opportunities.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide personalized feedback.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Influencer, Digital Marketer, or Social Media Trainer.
- Active presence on at least one social media platform with a demonstrated content portfolio.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in video production, editing, and social media management.
- Ability to train beginners as well as advanced learners.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in podcast production.
- Knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools.
- Understanding of You Tube Analytics, Instagram Insights, and Meta Business Suite.
- Familiarity with Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Experience working with educational institutions or skill development programs.
