Beyond Red Ocean Consulting (BROC) is hiring on behalf of its client for one of India's growing manufacturers of writing instruments and stationery products.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished sales leader to drive national business expansion, strengthen distribution, and build a high-performing sales organisation.

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 10–15 Years

Industry Preference: Writing Instruments | Stationery | FMCG | Consumer Products

Key Responsibilities

✔ Drive national sales growth and achieve revenue targets

✔ Expand and strengthen the distributor & dealer network across India

✔ Lead Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers

✔ Develop sales strategies, forecasts and market expansion plans

✔ Drive current product launches and improve market penetration

✔ Build a data-driven, high-performance sales culture

Ideal Candidate





✅ 10+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years leading regional or national teams

✅ Strong exposure to distributor-led sales and channel development

✅ Experience in FMCG, Consumer Products, Writing Instruments or Stationery preferred

✅ Proven ability to scale business, lead teams and deliver sustainable growth
