Realatic (by Technix Infotech LLP) helps real estate agencies across India run their entire business — leads, Whats App, follow-ups, bookings — on one smart CRM. We're growing fast, and you'll be our first dedicated sales hire.
What You'll Do
- Call brokers and agency owners who signed up for Realatic's free plan (they already know us!)
- Book product demos with interested prospects
- Deliver the demo yourself on screen-share — full training and a ready script provided
- Follow up on Whats App and manage your pipeline in our own CRM
- Learn directly from the founder and grow into a team lead role as we scale
- Find recent prospects
We're Looking For
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
- Fluent Hindi + working English (our demos happen in Hinglish)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, target-oriented
- Own laptop and quiet workspace (if remote)
