Enhance RiskHawc to meet future requirement of incident reporting and tracking various related items
Report high or above risk incidents to ORMC members within T+1 day
Reconcile GL, tackers - DAC, FMR, Insurance, etc. wrt OR incidents & submit monthly report
Review incident, classify 'not an incident', forward to Vigilance or next stage for further inputs and review
Update financials against an incident with evidence duly available or validated independently
Update RCA, CAPA, loss and recoveries in RiskHawc basis available facts for incident closure
