Job Title: Lab Chemist

Reporting To: QC In-Charge / Quality Manager
Role Summary:
Responsible for testing and analysis of RM, in-process and FG, documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Testing and analysis of various raw materials and finished goods.
2. Testing of semi-finished / in-process products and sharing results with Production/QC.
3. Sampling of RM, PM, SFG and FG as per SOP.
4. Preparation and maintenance of analytical documentation, test reports and statutory records.
5. Preparation of standard/working solutions, reagents and other chemical solutions.
6. Routine maintenance,
basic calibration follow-up and housekeeping of lab instruments.
7. Data entry and record keeping of chemical and physical analysis (RM, PM, SFG, FG) in Excel.
Qualification:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry (or equivalent).
Experience:
2 years in QC / Laboratory in manufacturing industry.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of wet chemistry and analytical techniques; lab instruments; MS Excel; documentation; teamwork.
