Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Editor – Total Service with a strong background in book publishing and project management. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production workflows, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end book production from manuscript to final delivery.
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with authors, editors, copy editors, typesetters, and vendors.
- Oversee copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, and quality checks.
- Ensure adherence to client specifications, style guides, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks and bottlenecks.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide status updates.
- Ensure productive utilization of resources and optimize workflows.
