Description
The SCC Mohali | BE & Capability | DH - BE & Capability | M2A role is a critical position within the SC Operations|Capability & Transformation|SCC Capability & Transformation department. You will be responsible for driving business excellence and capability enhancement initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain operations. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's overall performance and success.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Business Excellence & Capability team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance business processes, systems, and capabilities across the supply chain.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business excellence initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure the team's effectiveness and development.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends, incorporating them into the organization's processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical practices.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their skilled growth and development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business excellence and capability enhancement.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for process improvement and optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving operational excellence.
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs and to support cross-functional projects.
