Key Requirements:
✔ MBA (Operations preferred)
✔ 5+ years of experience in Process Management
✔ ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification (Mandatory)
✔ Knowledge of ISO 31000 and/or ISO 27001
✔ Expertise in SOP Development, Process Mapping, Internal Audits & Risk Assessment
✔ Solid analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SOPs, Policies, and Process Frameworks
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct Internal Audits and ensure compliance across functions
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans
Facilitate management reviews and process performance reporting
