Job Description:

Reports To: Quality Head

Job Purpose: Ensure quality of Aluminum Die-Cast Rotors and Built-up Rotor assemblies (Rib Shaft, Brazed, Shaft Drop) through inspection, testing, and customer quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform in-process and final inspection of Aluminum Die-Cast Rotors.
- Conduct rotor testing: conductivity, growler testing, and balancing verification.
- Monitor rejection, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
- Handle current sample inspection, FAI preparation, and customer approvals.
- Inspect Built-up Rotors: Rib Shaft, Brazed, and Shaft Drop assemblies.
- Verify brazing quality, shaft fitment, alignment, and assembly parameters.
- Perform and verify balancing of shafts and rotor assemblies.




- Handle customer complaints, visits, and CAPA closure.
- Manage sales return rework and coordinate resupply.
- Plan inspection activities and manpower allocation for shifts.
- Ensure timely clearance of inspected material for dispatch.

Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical with 5–10 years’ experience in rotor / die casting / assembly quality.

Key Skills: Drawing interpretation, GD&T;, die casting defects, brazing inspection, shaft fitment, balancing, RCA & quality tools.
