Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations (ER)

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

- Maintain cordial industrial relations and employee engagement activities.

- Support domestic inquiries, warning letters, show-cause notices, and disciplinary actions.

- Coordinate with department heads for workforce management.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, standing orders, and company policies.

- Maintain records related to employee attendance, leave, and shift management.

- Assist in wage settlements, union interactions, and labour inspections.

- Organize employee welfare programs and communication meetings.

Administration

- Manage housekeeping, canteen, transport, security, and facility services.

- Coordinate guest house, accommodation, and travel arrangements.





- Monitor vendor performance and administration contracts.

- Handle office asset management and procurement of administrative materials.

- Ensure smooth functioning of plant administration activities.

- Maintain statutory records related to contract labour and administration.

- Coordinate emergency response and safety-related administrative support.
