Job Title: Product Designer (UI/UX)

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and user-centric Product Designer (UI/UX) with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our products, working within the agile Logistic/Freight/Courier industry.

You will bridge the gap between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, transforming complex workflows into intuitive, elegant, and seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Design: Lead the UI/UX design process from initial concept, user research, and wireframing to high-fidelity visual design, prototyping, and final implementation.

- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.

- UI & Visual Design: Design beautiful, clean, and intuitive interfaces for Web & Mobile apps,



ensuring alignment with our design system and brand guidelines.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design integrity during development.

- Industry Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, applying them to solve logistical problems efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 – 10 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

- Domain Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in IT Software (Web/Mobile) or the Logistics/E-commerce supply chain sector is highly preferred.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, user problem-solving, and clean visual execution (both Web and Mobile UI).

- Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Miro.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field is a plus (but solid portfolio experience trumps all!).

- Location: Based in or willing to work from Mumbai, Maharashtra (Full-Time position).
