Job Description – Production Supervisor

Position: Production Supervisor
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Location: Vasai
Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
- Monitor machine operations and manpower utilization.
- Maintain production quality standards and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain records.
- Identify production issues and support in resolving them.
- Ensure proper discipline and housekeeping in the production area.




- Train and guide workers/operators for efficient performance.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Mechanical background candidates preferred.
- Freshers with valuable learning attitude can also apply.
- Candidates with manufacturing/production experience will be an added advantage.

Salary:
- As per company standards / Negotiable based on experience.
