Job Description:

Sales Supervisor

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Directors
Compensation: Up to ₹4.5 LPA + performance incentives
Role Purpose
To supervise and coordinate the sales team, ensure discipline in field execution, track sales
performance and support dealer development through effective planning, reporting and follow-up.

KRA Attributes
 Timely and accurate sales reports and field
updates.

 Strong supervision and coordination skills.

 Better adherence to visit plans and
reporting discipline.

 Ability to communicate effectively and
take regular follow-up.

 Improvement in dealer coverage and sales
follow-up.

 Ability to work with field sales teams and
to keep them motivated.

 Monitoring of outstanding collections and




dealer status.

 Analytical approach with good attention
to detail.

 Team productivity and task completion.

 Focus on Execution with ownership
towards the tasks allocated

 Control on field expenses and process
compliance.  Proficiency in Excel, ERP & other
reporting & monitoring tools

Preferred Profile
 Graduate in any discipline.
 1+ years of “Sales Support” experience preferably in Retail/ Channel sales Operations or field
coordination or dealer management.
 Valuable working knowledge of Excel, reporting and data handling.
