We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Sales & Service to lead and oversee the operations of our Mahindra Commercial Vehicle dealership in Trichy

Job Description

1. Sales Management:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve dealership sales targets for Mahindra commercial vehicles.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Establish relationships with key customers and business partners to drive sales and expand market share in the region.

2. Service Operations:

- Oversee service operations to ensure timely, effective, and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage service teams to meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, turnaround time, and profitability.
- Implement strategies to maximize service revenue, including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and spare parts sales.

3. Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and motivate sales and service teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.




- Conduct regular training programs to improve team performance and customer engagement.
- Evaluate team performance and implement measures for continuous improvement.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Ensure excellent customer experience across sales and service touchpoints.
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance dealership operations.

5. Business Development:

- Identify growth opportunities in the Trichy region for commercial vehicle sales and services.
- Work closely with Mahindra representatives to align dealership strategies with brand objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
