Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead overall plant operations with robust expertise in forging, fabrication, and electronics-based manufacturing. The role involves managing production, quality, maintenance, and safety while driving process improvements and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end plant operations and teams.

- Oversee forging, fabrication, and electronic systems in manufacturing.

- Drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization.

- Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment performance.

- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

- 15+ years’ manufacturing experience with 5+ years as Plant Head.

- Strong expertise in forging & fabrication processes.

- Knowledge of electronics/automation/EMS industries preferred.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.
