Job Description: Job Profile: Position: Piping Layout Engineer Experience - 5 - 16 Years Qualification - B. Tech/ B.E / Mechanical (Regular) Location - Vadodara Modelling of piping and equipment in 3D environment (PDS / SP3D / PDMS).
Preparing drawings in 2D environment - Micro-station / AutoCAD. Responsible for Preparation of equipment layouts / Piping GAD / isometrics / Nozzle orientation& piping load data drawings.
Interface with other departments.

- Pipe sizing, BOQ for Piping, fitting, Valves, Pipe supports selection and thermal insulation, Knowledge of Pipe thermal Insulation calculation as per ASME and IS code, Positive knowledge of piping material selection, Knowledge of ASTM, ASME BPVC and IS code.
- Review of piping Isometric and composite drawings, Interdisciplinary Assignment loading, Knowledge of equipment and piping layout.
- Preparation RFQ, Bid evaluation for all piping, e.g. Alloy steel, Low Pressure piping, Large diameter piping, valves, piping specialties items.
- Preparation of BOQ/datasheet for Piping, fitting, Valves, piping specialties and thermal insulation.• Vendor drawing review, Bid Evaluation, interface engineering and plant integration.
