- Strategize on maintenance, work instruction and methods
- Establish maintenance strategies to install and commission equipment
- Create plant preventative maintenance procedures
- Plan routine maintenance of plant equipment and machinery
- Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs
- Oversee and control maintenance costs
- Manage budget for current and future equipment upgrades and replacements.
- Prepare annual preventive maintenance plan
- Co-ordinate with external agencies for AMCs, Service calls, Testing, etc
- Support production / maintenance team during heavy job / machine setups (projects).
- Ensure identification of machines which are not working / under maintenance.
Required Skills
- Candidate must have 14+ Years Exp. in Pharma Company.
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Positive in communication.
