Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically sound Project Coordinator with a strong academic
foundation (IIT Graduate) to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Wayside
Amenities Project. The role involves coordinating across teams, providing technical assistance, and
ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination
o Assist the Project In-Charge in day-to-day coordination of the Wayside Amenities
project.
o Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines.
o Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project
execution.
2. Technical Support & Analysis
o Provide technical inputs for design, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
o Support in reviewing engineering solutions, layouts, and technical reports.
o Assist in quality checks, material verification, and compliance with project standards.
3. Documentation & Reporting
o Prepare project progress reports, MIS, and presentations for management.
o Maintain accurate records of project activities, contracts, and site correspondences.




o Monitor compliance with statutory, safety, and quality requirements.
4. Monitoring & Execution
o Track project deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation.
o Conduct site visits for supervision, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
o Ensure timely escalation of risks, delays, or deviations to management.
5. Stakeholder Management
o Act as a coordination link between the head office, site teams, and clients.
o Facilitate approvals, inspections, and handover processes.

Qualifications & Skills:
 Education: B.Tech / M.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Infrastructure) from IIT.
 Experience: 3–5 years (Freshers with internship/project exposure from IIT may also apply).
 Strong technical and analytical skills in project execution and infrastructure development.
 Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Robust problem-solving ability and willingness to work in field/project environments.
