Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and prepare high-quality design concepts and detailed drawings for:

- Interior and architectural works

- Landscaping works

- Interior fit-outs and custom joinery

- Lead the design process from concept development to execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction details.

- Supervise and guide junior designers and draftsmen as required.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the design is being implemented accurately.

- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technology to bring innovation to design solutions.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in interior design and fit-out.

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

- Professional, presentable appearance with good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Solid attention to detail with a keen eye for design aesthetics and functionality.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
