**Essential Functions & Responsibilities:**

- Develop, enhance, and maintain both internal and third-party applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of application solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on technology trends and best practices and incorporate this knowledge into projects and team methodologies.
- Manage all aspects of projects, including requirements, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to deliver top-tier solutions for both internal and external clients.

**Qualifications Required:**

- A Master’s or advanced degree in Technology or Engineering.
- Over 10 years of application development experience for third-party clients, specifically in financial or legal services.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and .NET is required.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with interacting with US clients
- Familiar secure software development standards
