Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential retailers, wholesalers, and institutional buyers
- Generate recent leads and convert them into regular customers
- Promote company products and explain features, prices, and benefits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Collect orders, follow up for dispatch, and ensure timely payments
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager
- Participate in promotional activities and exhibitions
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction
