Job Description:

Position: Plant Head

Location: Coimbatore - Tamil Nadu

Experience: 15 - 18 Years

Industries: Packaging

Responsibilities:

- To lead the overall functioning of the plant including – Production, Maintenance, Quality and Admin as well.
- To ensure the profitability of plant by optimisation of operations
- To lead the team and guide them to meet organisational goals
- Employee Management and fostering a team culture
- Reporting and Co-ordinating at the plant level, across other plants and Head Office.

Required Skills:

- Experience in Injection and Blow Moulding ( preferably in PET field)
- Experience with leading a team
- Experience in MIS
- Experience in working in a organisation with atleast more than 50 employees
- Experience in QA, QMS.
- Experience in handling migrant employees
- Knowledge of Tamil language

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering

Salary :- Upto 15.00 LPA
