Job Description:

Position: Executive – Railway Liaisoning & Logistics

Location: Kolkata (Head Office)

Experience: 4–5 Years in Railway Logistics / Freight Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Railway indent placement and rake planning through FOIS

Rake monitoring and coordination with Railway authorities

Handling railway freight billing and expense monitoring

Liaisoning with railway officials and power plants for rake placement and movement

Knowledge of FOIS operations and railway freight systems

Processing Railway E-Way Bills and related documentation

Handling RR surrendering and railway documentation procedures

Coordinating dispatch and logistics operations with plant and client teams

Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma with experience in Railway Freight Operations / Logistics / Supply Chain

Preferred Skills:

Robust knowledge of Indian Railways freight procedures

Experience in bulk cargo logistics (ash / coal / minerals)
