- Minimum 13 years of experience managing back-office operations in a BPO environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer navigation skills with proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Solid technical knowledge with a hands-on approach

Job Description / Responsibilities

- Expert-level knowledge of US mortgage guidelines, documentation, and processes (especially Originations and Underwriting)
- Strong email writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing mortgage back-office operations in an outsourced environment
- Ability to manage 150+ FTEs




- Capability to handle new process migrations
- Strong team-building and motivation skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and handle escalations
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior management

Security Roles & Responsibilities

- Stay updated with company Information Security Management System policies
- Ensure team awareness of information security policies
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations
- Encourage reporting of security incidents
- Conduct periodic compliance and security training
- Support security investigations with compliance teams
- Monitor compliance and conduct monthly reviews
- Facilitate audits to identify and address compliance gaps
- Conduct risk assessments at process initiation and during major changes
- Review risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
