Digital Marketing Trainee

responsibility is support online marketing activities to promote gold loan services, attract customers, and increase branch business.

Main Job Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

- Handle Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube pages
- Post creatives about gold loan offers, interest rates, and schemes
- Reply to customer comments and messages

2. Lead Generation

- Collect customer enquiries from online platforms
- Share leads with branch staff
- Maintain lead data in Excel

3. Advertisement Support

- Assist in running Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Promote gold loan campaigns and festive offers

4. Content Creation

- Create easy posters, banners, and videos
- Write captions and promotional messages

5. Website Support

- Update branch information
- Monitor website enquiries

6. Reporting

- Prepare daily / weekly performance reports
- Show number of leads and conversions
