Lead Associate, Technology Infrastructure

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems / Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience across Linux and Windows environments, virtualization platforms (Hyper-V), OpenShift container platforms, and infrastructure automation using Ansible.

This role focuses on building, automating, and maintaining reliable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure platforms supporting contemporary enterprise workloads.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux (RHEL) environments across production and non-production setups
- Design and develop Ansible playbooks for automation of provisioning, configuration management, and patching
- Manage and support OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms, including cluster operations, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Working Knowledge on virtualization platforms (Hyper-V) including VM provisioning, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with application, database, and middleware teams to ensure infrastructure readiness and performance
- Monitor system health, availability, and performance; proactively identify and resolve issues
- Implement and maintain system hardening, patching,



and security best practices
- Participate in on-call support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA), Shift rotations
- Create and maintain automation scripts, runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Linux system administration (RHEL)
- Working knowledge of Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
- Experience in building and maintaining Ansible playbooks for automation
- Practical experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes, including:
- Cluster operations and lifecycle management
- Pod, node, and workload troubleshooting
- Resource management (CPU, memory)

- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewall concepts)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues

Nice-to-Have

- Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud or hybrid environments
- Relevant certifications:
- RHCSA / RHCE
- Kubernetes / OpenShift
- Microsoft / Hyper-V
