Role Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Support professional. This is a customer-focused role that sits at the heart of our product quality helping users resolve issues, capturing valuable feedback, and ensuring the system is working as intended.Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for software-related queries and issues
- Investigate and troubleshoot problems raised by users
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team with explicit summaries
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to communicate user feedback
- Maintain documentation and internal records of known issues
- Support the rollout of new features

What Were Looking For:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users




- Previous experience in software support, helpdesk, or a similar role
- A mindset geared towards quality and user experience
- Willingness to learn about a complex and rewarding product

Nice to Have:

- Experience with SaaS products or social care systems
- An understanding of how software is built and delivered (but you don't need to be a coder!)

Although we're a UK-based company, this role follows sociable India office hours (9:00am - 5:30pm IST), so you'll be working on India time not UK time.
