About the Company

Pattabhi Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a leading agro-based organization engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of Rice Bran Oil, Rice, Poultry Feed, DORB, Fish Feed, and other food products. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and support our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
- Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Create engaging content, including posts, banners, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve brand visibility.
- Manage the company website and coordinate updates with the web development team.
- Perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
- Design email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for product promotions and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and tools.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Creative thinking with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Applications, or any relevant discipline.
- Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
- Passionate about branding, social media, and online marketing.
- Self-motivated, creative, and result-oriented.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends.

Salary

Rs.18,000/-PM to Rs.21,000/-PM
