Job Description:

We are looking for a Revit BIM Modeler – Plumbing with 3–4 years of experience in

plumbing system modeling for building projects. The candidate should have hands-on

experience in Revit MEP and coordination with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

 Create and develop 3D plumbing models using Revit

 Prepare plumbing layouts, shop drawings, and detailed drawings

 Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Fighting teams for clash-free models

 Review and update models as per design revisions

 Maintain BIM standards and project documentation

Requirements:

 Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field

 3–4 years experience in Revit Plumbing Modeling

 Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD

 Basic knowledge of BIM coordination and plumbing systems
