Work Experience:
a) Nature of work experience

Have worked with various raw material suppliers in areas such as material processing, component / product development, sourcing etc.

Good knowledge about various commodities (Ferrous / Steel / Non-Ferrous / Plastics etc)

Hands on experience for working with various stake holders of manufacturing sector

Good Understanding of Extended Producer Responsibility and related Government regulations

Experience of GHG emissions calculations and positive understanding of Emission Factors

Experience of Material Circulairty Projects development, implementation and impact assessment

Any Industry preference:
Automobile Component Manufacturing/Consultancy Services

Key Responsibilities:
Making strategies for execution and implementation of material circularity projects that reduce waste,



promote recyclability and enhance overall environmental sustainability by reducing carbon emissions and preserving valuable raw materials.

Coordination with Govt regulatory agencies for understanding regulations related to material circulatory. 3. Work on improving systems and process (digitization) to ensure traceability of recycled materials 4. Work with various functions in the company to improve percentage of recycled material used in manufacturing of automobile components besides benchmarking of Indian and Global companies

Competencies:
a)

Functional

Strategic mind set and very good understanding of various Govt regulations improving sustainability.

Basic knowledge of Raw Materials specific to automobiles

Excellent data analysis / presentation and communication skills.

Basic MS Office operations (esp. MS Excel)

Self-learning ability and understanding for upcoming environmental regulations.

b) Managerial

Able to work in team as team member and team lead to achieve company objectives with least effort.
