Key Responsibilities Academic Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons.
- Prepare annual, monthly, weekly, and daily lesson plans.
- Teach subjects as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding through interactive teaching methods.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into classroom instruction.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment sessions where required.

Classroom Management

- Create a protected, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive behaviour management strategies.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of classroom resources.
- Promote respect, cooperation, and teamwork among students.
- Supervise students during classroom activities and transitions.

Student Assessment

- Prepare worksheets, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Assess and evaluate student performance regularly.
- Maintain accurate academic records and assessment data.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support.
- Prepare report cards and progress reports.

Student Development





- Foster students' emotional, social, moral, and intellectual development.
- Encourage confidence, communication, and leadership skills.
- Identify learning difficulties and refer students for appropriate support when necessary.
- Promote values, discipline, and responsible citizenship.
- Support students' overall well-being.

Parent Communication

- Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic performance and behavior.
- Respond professionally to parent queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with parents to support student learning and development.

Educational Qualification

- 2 years of Teaching Experience
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduation Degree, B.Ed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
