The Animation Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training in 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, visual storytelling, and digital content creation. The trainer will help students develop creative, technical, and industry-relevant skills through classroom instruction, practical projects, assessments, and portfolio development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training in animation and multimedia.
- Teach the fundamentals of animation, character design, storyboarding, and visual storytelling.
- Train students in industry-standard software such as Adobe Animate, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Autodesk Maya, Blender, and 3ds Max (as applicable).
- Conduct hands-on sessions, live demonstrations, and project-based learning activities.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.




- Guide students in creating professional portfolios and showreels.
- Stay updated with current animation trends, AI tools, VFX techniques, gaming, and digital media technologies.
- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain student attendance and progress records.
- Organize workshops, seminars, competitions, and industry interaction sessions.
- Support placement activities by preparing students for interviews, technical tests, and portfolio presentations.
- Maintain training equipment, software, and lab resources in coordination with the technical team.
- Follow institutional policies and maintain training quality standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
