Job Summary

ARB Buildcon is seeking an experienced Billing Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing client and subcontractor bills, quantity measurements, BOQ analysis, and ensuring timely certification and payment. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of RCC works, billing procedures, and contractual documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit client RA (Running Account) bills and final bills as per project progress.
- Verify subcontractor and vendor bills based on actual site measurements and work completed.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients for bill certification.
- Track work progress and maintain billing records for timely invoicing.
- Prepare rate analysis for extra items, deviations, and variation orders.
- Ensure accurate documentation supporting all billing activities.
- Monitor project quantities against BOQ and identify quantity variations.
- Assist in cost control, budget monitoring, and reconciliation of material consumption.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice processing and payment follow-up.
- Maintain records of measurements, billing registers,



work orders, and contract documents.
- Support project closing activities by preparing final bills and account reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract terms, and project specifications.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in RCC building construction projects.
- Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and billing processes.
- Experience in preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, and final account settlements.
- Knowledge of IS Codes and construction specifications related to RCC works.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings and construction documents.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
