Position: Project Coordinator
Experience: 0–5 Years(Freshers Can Apply)
Industry: SPM (Special Purpose Machine) / Industrial Automation
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, EEE, ECE) or MBA (Operations)

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities from order receipt to final delivery.
- Follow up with Design, Purchase, Production, Assembly, and PLC teams.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and daily progress.
- Prepare project reports, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and status updates.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with stores and suppliers.
- Support machine assembly, testing, dispatch, and installation activities.
- Maintain project documentation and customer communication.
- Identify project delays and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Eligibility

- Freshers or candidates with 0–5 years of experience.
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, Mechatronics), Diploma,



or MBA (Operations/Project Management).
- Freshers with internships or academic projects in manufacturing or automation are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of project management.
- MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Basic knowledge of production planning and material follow-up.
- ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.
