Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner

Present menus and explain dishes, specials, and promotions

Take accurate food and beverage orders

Serve food and drinks according to hotel standards

Ensure tables are properly set and maintained

Check on guests to ensure satisfaction during service

Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate if required

Process bills and payments accurately

Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service areas

Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards

Requirements

Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management preferred)

02 years experience in hotel or restaurant (Freshers can apply if trained)

Positive communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Positive attitude and customer service mindset

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Well-groomed and presentable appearance

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
