Job Description:
1). Implementing activity & practice session as per session plan and maintain daily records for the same
2). Responsible to have 90% of daily students Attendance recorded as per biometric
3). Retaining minimum of 90% candidates per batch.
4). Ensuring availability of the training material(Books/E books/ Tab content/ Manuals etc.) seven days prior to the batch initiation
5). Conducting 4 formative assessments of 100% students as per training program.
6). Maintaing list of available tools and equipments and Reporting daily failures of the same in the Stock register duly cross signed by Center Manager on a Weekly basis.
7). Every second day follow up/ calling of the defaulters(Attendance/ Performance etc.) and maintain performace tracker.
8).
Arranging PTM twice during the course. Ensuring 50% Parent attendance.
9). Maintaining performance progression report of the students to be updated in system once every 15 days.
10). 100% Students for Current batch to be validated by domain trainers as per schedule set by CM. Submit the list of selected students to CM and MT.
11). Ensuring effective Counselling of candidates and help them identify trade of their interests.
