Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
- Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
- Handle cash/POS transactions responsibly
- Ensure proper display and stocking of products
- Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in restaurants, cafés
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
