Job Title- Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for our Head Office and manufacturing plants. The role will be responsible for manpower planning, sourcing, stakeholder management, ATS (CEIPAL) administration, employer branding, and leading a small recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate and plant functions.
- Develop hiring strategies aligned with business manpower plans.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill recruitment needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, social media, and campus hiring.
- Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Manage and optimize the CEIPAL Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
- Build talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
- Drive recruitment process improvements and ensure timely closure of positions.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Experience

- 8–12 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Packaging, FMCG, Engineering, or Automobile industries preferred.
- Robust exposure to bulk hiring, lateral hiring, leadership hiring, and campus recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with CEIPAL ATS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
