Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Office Boy to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and capableof maintaining office cleanliness, managing pantry services, and handling outdoor errands efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the entire office, including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, guests, and visitors.
- Keep the pantry clean, organized, and ensure essential supplies are always stocked.
- Handle courier dispatches and collections.
- Purchase office supplies, pantry items, groceries, and other materials as required.
- Visit banks, vendors, government offices,



or other locations for official work when needed.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings.
- Dispose of office waste and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
- Support the Administration team with day-to-day office tasks.
- Ensure timely replenishment of office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role preferred.
- Basic reading and communication skills.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Physically fit and willing to perform both indoor and outdoor tasks.
- Familiarity with local routes in Pune will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
