Your Role
As a Relationship Executive, you will:
- Build and manage relationships with existing and new Chit members.
- Introduce customers to the benefits of Chit Schemes as a disciplined savings and borrowing solution.
- Support members with enrolment, monthly collections, renewals and customer service.
- Visit members regularly and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Grow new Chit Groups through referrals and community networking.
- Help families use Chits to achieve key life goals with confidence and financial discipline.
This isn't simply about collecting monthly subscriptions.
It's about becoming the trusted person behind every successful chit group.
