Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries and convert leads into consultations and sales.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand clients' skin, hair, or body concerns.
- Recommend appropriate treatment plans and packages based on client needs and doctor recommendations.
- Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and collection targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Handle objections professionally and guide clients in making informed decisions.
- Upsell and cross-sell treatment packages and skincare products.
- Coordinate with doctors, skin therapists, and front office staff to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM.




- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales counseling, preferably in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, wellness, healthcare, or luxury service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer relationship management and closing skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
