Key Responsibilities:

- Read basic drawings, job cards, and work instructions
- Measure and cut wood/materials as per required sizes
- Assemble wooden components such as pallets, crates, fixtures, or furniture parts
- Operate carpentry tools like saws, drills, planers, and sanding machines
- Assist in machine operations (if applicable)
- Carry out repair and maintenance of wooden items
- Ensure accuracy and quality of finished work
- Follow safety guidelines and use PPE at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area (5S practices)
- Support senior carpenters and supervisors in daily tasks

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques
- Ability to take measurements and perform simple calculations

Education & Experience:

- ITI (Carpenter Trade)

- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing / workshop environment

Working Conditions:

- Factory/shop-floor environment
- Requires standing for long hours and handling tools/materials
- Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery
- Experience in furniture, modular units, or industrial packaging
- Basic knowledge of power machines or CNC operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
