Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Structural BIM with expertise in both Revit and Tekla Structures and a comprehensive understanding of RCC (both Pre-Cast and RCC) construction techniques For various types of structures. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing BIM projects for multi-story structures, collaborating closely with project teams to ensure accurate representation of structural elements while adhering to industry standards and project goals. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the development of detailed BIM models or drawings using Revit/ Tekla Structures, with a specific emphasis on RCC (both Pre-Cast and RCC) detailing.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure accurate representation of structural elements in the BIM model, fostering effective communication and coordination.




- Review project specifications and requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards and project objectives, providing insights and recommendations as needed.
- Manage the coordination of BIM models with other disciplines and stakeholders, facilitating clash detection and resolution processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality BIM deliverables.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to BIM modeling, implementing new methodologies and tools as appropriate to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of 8-12+ years as a BIM Modeler specializing in structural modeling and detailing, with significant experience in managing BIM projects for various types of structures.
- Expertise in both Revit and Tekla Structures will be preferable.
- Extensive experience working on multi-story projects (Residential, Commercial, Parking Structures, etc.) for international clients from regions such as the USA, UK, etc.
- Thorough understanding of RCC (both Pre-Cast and RCC) construction techniques, as well as structural modeling and detailing principles, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster a collaborative work culture, and drive project success.
