Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Customer Acquisition Executive to connect with prospective customers, introduce MyFintax's services, generate qualified leads, schedule consultations, and contribute to business growth through effective customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain MyFintax's services, including GST, Income Tax, Company Registration, Trademark, Accounting, and Compliance.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Schedule consultations with the respective team members.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily calling,



follow-up, and lead conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, customer acquisition, sales, or customer support.
- Experience in financial, tax, legal, or SaaS services will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
